Close your eyes. Imagine going west from a big city in the heart of Europe – let’s say from Berlin. For about 12 hours you are sitting in increasingly smaller trains on increasingly smaller tracks, going through increasingly smaller villages. The last train ends in sparsely lit station in the middle of nowhere. And now imagine the heaviest thunderstorm you ever experienced! And you have to get out of that train. In the middle of nowhere.
